Starfleet Enterprises was formed in 2002 to provide a
reliable alternative to area businesses for injection molding.
From our 1 machine 1500 foot shop we have now grown into a
50,000 sq ft facility that provides quality custom injection
molding, tooling, short run CNC production, screw machine
products, vacuum
forming, product decoration such as pad printing, hot
stamping, and screen printing and we are proud to announce that
we have now added a contract sewing operation.
Located in North central IN in one of the oldest
continuing manufacturing facilities in Elkhart county.
(Our building dates back to 1890) Our location grants us easy
access to I-80/90(Indiana toll road), US 20, US 33, I-69, rail
connections and local airports. This make product shipment and
delivery a breeze.
While our primary focus at the beginning was on the RV
industry our abilities and reputation have allowed us to expand
into several other markets including sport recreation, paint
ball, marine, promotional products for advertising, and consumer
